Job Description

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Verify food portion size, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Take assistance from a chef in preparing the new dishes.
• Order supplies and equipment
• Use multiple kitchen equipment like fryers, oven, grill, and tandoor to prepare the food items.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Assist in kitchen managing operations
