Job Description

Specific Skills:
• Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling and task delegation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Assist in training and managing staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee cash handling, reconcile sales reports, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the store and gas station.
• Support the store manager in executing marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales.
