Job Description
The Office Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our main office. They will ensure smooth office operations, foster a positive work environment, and support various administrative and operational needs, including:

- Managing and organizing office procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
- Setting work priorities, assigning tasks to office staff, and ensuring that deadlines are met and established procedures are followed.
- Overseeing the organization of office files, records, and documentation to maintain an efficient record-keeping system.
- Analyzing and managing administrative tasks related to contracts and project planning.
- Supporting HR-related functions, including onboarding new hires, conducting office orientations, and maintaining up-to-date employee records.
- Assisting with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and overseeing inventory management to ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
- Compiling and preparing regular reports, manuals, and other business documents as needed.
- Supervising staff responsible for managing records and administrative tasks (if applicable).

Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school is required; A degree or diploma in business administration or related an asset;
- Minimum of 2 years of office administration experience is required;
- Strong computer skills with competency in Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Able to handle work under pressure in a very fast-paced environment;
- English language ability is required.
