Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Job Description

Job Duties:
1. Evaluate the actual educational outcomes in comparison with the intended outcomes in the objectives of the program.
2. Supervise other education policy researchers, consultants and program officers.
3. Produce Reports.
4. Follow education policies and programs.
5. Perform administrative tasks.
6. Conduct statistical analysis to determine cost and effectiveness of educational policies and programs.
7. Provide on-going professional development, training and consultative services to teachers.
8. Develop teaching materials and other resources for program delivery.
9. Prepare research papers, educational texts or articles.
