Main duties:
- Lead and provide guidance to a team of Power Platform developers in designing, developing, and implementing production-ready solutions that meet quality standards and budget requirements.
- Conducting front-end design, data analysis, business planning, and process improvement for the company’s Upstream Oil & Gas industry clients
- Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements, analyze systems processes, and propose customized solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Architect and deploy Power Platform applications, integrating AI functionalities, custom APIs, and Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint and Dynamics 365 to deliver robust business solutions.
- Manage digital delivery processes, including task assignment, reporting, and communication of priorities, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, manage project risks and conduct project reviews, implement corrective actions, and ensure alignment with quality assurance standards organizational goals and
- Oversee and execute system integration, testing, and implementation of solutions, ensuring functionality, security, and compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring the effective communication of project objectives, progress, and outcomes.
- Administer and manage Microsoft environments, including Power Platform and SharePoint, focusing on security, access control, and compliance, and leading the Power Platform governance strategy workshops and establish Centers of Excellence (CoE) to ensure governance frameworks are implemented effectively on client tenants.
- Monitor project budgets and performance metrics, providing feedback and reports to internal stakeholders to optimize delivery and ensure financial objectives are met.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or information systems.
- Master’s degree (in above-noted fields) is preferred.
Certifications:
- PL600 Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (required)
- PL200 Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (required)
- PL300 Microsoft Certified: Power Bl Data Analyst Associate (required)
- PL 100 Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (required)
Skills Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business process automation and custom software development using Microsoft’s Power Platform
- 10+ years of hands-on experience (preferred) in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry
- Familiarity with Landmark software for oil well delivery operations, including well project cost estimation, AFE, and budgeting for large-scale projects
- Deep understanding of project management principles and Agile SDLC methodologies, as well as experience benchmarking projects against historical data using tools like IHS Markit Rushmore
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Robotic Process Automation and Power Bl
- Strong background in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, Angular, JavaScript, and C#, and frameworks such as Django and .NET
- Expertise in Azure DevOps, Agile software development, and leading cross-functional teams
Terms of employment: Permanent, Fulltime, 35-40 hours per week
