FCS Can Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical Sales and Support Representative to join the team.

This is a permanent, full-time position; 30 hours per week; $38.46 per hour. Benefits include paid time off, extended health, dental, LTD, AD&D and Life Insurance.

Job Description
Duties:
- Manage and expand existing client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients to generate new business leads.
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products or services while negotiating pricing and terms to meet both parties’ needs.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure that products or services are customized to meet specific client demands.
- Create tailored presentations, proposals, and sales materials that highlight the advantages and benefits of the offered solutions.
- Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate record-keeping of client transactions and interactions.
- Provide post-sale support, addressing any issues and offering continued assistance to maintain long-term client satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the equipment or services provided.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, enabling you to effectively communicate product features and answer any client inquiries.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies, monitoring performance to ensure business objectives are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, identify new market opportunities, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead and mentor technical or sales staff as necessary to support sales activities.

Qualifications:
- A post-secondary school is required;
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or technical occupation is required;
- Strong understanding of technical sales concepts;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- English language ability is required;
