Job Description

Specific Skills:
• Managing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail), organizing files, and handling customer inquiries.
• Monitoring inventory levels of office supplies and placing orders as needed. Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Processing invoices and managing accounts receivable. Supporting budgeting procedures to maintain financial accuracy.
• Organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for store management. Ensuring that all appointments and meetings are efficiently coordinated.
• Maintaining accurate records and databases, including personnel files and financial documents. Ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Greeting and assisting visitors, addressing customer concerns, and providing information about store products and services. Acting as a liaison between customers and store management to ensure customer satisfaction.
