What You Bring:

A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Staffing Consultant role with Randstad or 2+ years in the staffing industry, with a preference for experience in the engineering vertical.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional recruiting results.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
