Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for children in the employer's home
Plan and organize activities, including games and outings
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the children
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Teach personal hygiene and social development
Discipline children according to parental guidelines
Tend to children’s emotional well-being
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks
Assume full household responsibility in parents' absence
