New Hourin Ramen + Sake, a ramen restaurant serving authentic Japanese Fukuoka Ramen noodles and soup base, is seeking a Cook for both our Burnaby and downtown Vancouver locations.
Full-time, $18.00 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Bonus available depending on sales performance.
Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled between 9AM and 12AM, as required.

Job Description

Duties:

• Prepare ingredients, including those necessary to make ramen;
• Prepare Japanese food items (everything on the menu);
• Supervise kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
• English language ability required;
• Japanese language ability is an asset.
