Job Description
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Adapt recipes and modify ingredients to accommodate customers' dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Collaborate with management to design and implement special menu items or seasonal promotions.
- Determine appropriate portion sizes and calculate food costs.
- Handle food preparation for special events, and catering.
- Requisition of food ingredients and kitchen supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Ensure the kitchen and food service areas adhere to all health and safety standards, including proper sanitation practices.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes during service.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods with safe food handling practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team, proficiency in Vietnamese is an asset.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands, including special menu requests or dietary modifications.
