Job Description

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Gloves, Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, physically demanding, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Ability to distinguish between colors, Manual dexterity.

Work Site Environment: Non-smoking, Dusty, Confined spaces, Noisy, Odours

Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Judgement, Team player, Reliability

Installation Specialization: Tires, Radiators, Commercial vehicle wheels, Mufflers, Springs, Shock absorbers, Exhaust system
Specific Skills: Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks or heavy equipment, Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids, replace oil, air and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment, Repair and balance tires, Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers or radiators, Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed
