All Island Equity REIT LP is looking for full time Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor at 450A Wentworth Street, Nanaimo, BC V9R 3E1 Canada. There are 2 positions available.

Yearly salary is $61,210 of 34 working hours/week (overtime pay after 40 hours). Successful candidates must speak English and have completed high school. Minimum work experience is 2 years hands on experience.

Job Description

Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

- Supervise and co-ordinate the work of light duty, industrial or specialized cleaners and janitors
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Hire and train cleaning staff
- Prepare work schedule and co-ordinate activities with those of other departments
- Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records
- Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
- Perform certain cleaning duties.
