Salary: $27.50 to $30.50 hourly (to be negotiated)
Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week, full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, and barricades, ensuring compliance with specifications, blueprints, and safety standards.
Position and secure scaffolding and platforms at designated work heights to provide access for workers and materials.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
Inspect and maintain scaffolding structures to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Measure weight and balance for rigging and hoisting operations.
Perform pre-operational inspections and document maintenance work.
Assist in erecting hoisting and lifting devices used in construction operations.
Remove rubble, debris, and hazardous materials from construction sites.
Provide support in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 to 7 months of experience in the construction field
Languages: English proficiency.
Work Environment: On-site, outdoors, dusty environments, and various construction locations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 45 kg/100 lbs).
Physically demanding tasks requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Tools and Equipment:

Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory.
