Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Tim Hortons restaurant.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Leading and managing restaurant operations with visible enthusiasm while ensuring it operates efficiently and profitably

Job Description

Job Requirements/Skills:
• Completion of high school is required
• Knowledge of English language is required
• Minimum two years of work experience required in a similar field.
• Must be prepared to work under pressure
