Workers are hired for a specific project located in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. As the company's projects are usually located in the Calgary area, the worker will have to relocate to this region at the end of the project.

Job Description

Your responsibilities
- Help prepare the work area by cleaning and organizing the necessary tools and materials.
- Unload and transport drywall, acoustic panels and other materials to the work area.
- Assist in cutting drywall to required dimensions using appropriate tools (saws, knives).
- Hold and position drywall while the installer attaches it to metal or wooden structures.
- Prepare drywall joints by applying joint tape and finishing plaster.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after each day's work.
- Follow safety instructions and wear protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses, helmet).
- Help maintain a clean and safe work area to avoid accidents.

Your profile
- You're familiar with the construction industry, materials and tools.
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in the construction industry. (Experience in the drywall sector is an asset)
- You know how to use hand and power tools.
- You have a good understanding of drawings and measurements.
- You have an eye for precision and detail.
- You're in good physical condition to carry heavy loads and work in a variety of positions.
- You can read, speak and understand well English.
