We, Jenga Homes Inc., are looking for passionate candidates for the position of full-time
Marketing Specialist.
Position: Marketing Specialist (NOC 1123)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week), Morning, Day, Afternoon
Hourly Wage: $35.00-36.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 1803 60 St SE suite 201, Calgary, AB T2B 0M5
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Create plans to promote the company’s construction and renovation services to attract new
clients and increase brand visibility
• Handle the company’s online presence, including social media, website updates, and online
advertising to reach potential customers
• Design brochures, write blog posts, and create other promotional materials that showcase the
company’s projects and services
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain relationships with clients through email campaigns
and phone follow-ups
• Study the local market, competitors, and customer preferences to recommend adjustments in
the marketing approach
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, adjusting strategies based on
results
• Organize events like open houses or trade shows to showcase the company’s projects and
attract potential clients
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• A College diploma in a related field such as business management, marketing, public relations,
communications, etc. or equivalent work experience
• Several (3-5) years of work experience in a similar role (marketing/communication/public
relations specialist, etc.)
• Strong organization and great written and oral communication skills
• Well organized, Dependability, Reliability, Effective interpersonal skills
