SHIFT: Day (Mon-Fri 6:45am-3:15pm) & Afternoon (Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:30pm), Overtime and working weekends may be necessary during busy season

Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and/or adjust equipment and technology to maximize performance, as well as input measurements into computer systems
• Handle and feed a variety of raw materials into machinery and equipment in an effort to maintain production
• Ensure the safe operations of our equipment and the safety of our people
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Perform general housekeeping duties in an effort to support safety and quality standards
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform repetitive tasks
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role required
• Team player with good verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, including experience working with tools and/or equipment

Physical Demands:
? Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
? Required to stand for long periods of time, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, bend and climb, talk and hear. May occasionally be required to crouch.
? Specific vision abilities may include the employee’s ability to see near and far distances.
