Position: Store Manager

Wage: $40.00 Hourly, for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Job Duties:
• Offer expert guidance to customers in selecting health products, providing detailed information on supplements, organic foods, vitamins, and natural remedies.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary to prevent shortages, ensuring that popular or specialty items are consistently available.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and the availability of popular or specialty products
• Work towards achieving sales targets, promote specific products or deals, and develop customer loyalty programs to increase store revenue and customer retention.
• Assist in creating and managing the store’s budget, controlling expenses, managing cash flow, and ensuring the store’s profitability.
• Oversee and manage store employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations, proper product labeling, and curate a selection of products that align with the store’s health philosophy, such as organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free items.
