You promote a respectful team environment and assist the Restaurant Manager to Manage team members with open communication and understanding. You have the knowledge, skills and long-term vision to support the Restaurant Manager in running a successful business. Job Description
Your 2-3 years of quick service experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Management role combined with your practical knowledge of leading, training and coaching team members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
Job Duties:
-Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations of the restaurant
-Lead the team to achieve goals and standards (DT times, guest service, cleanliness, etc.)
-Count daily cash, complete daily deposit, balance petty cash
-Assist with schedule and covering shifts
-Monitor labour and waste
-Assist Manager with weekly and monthly inventory counts
-Coach and guide Team Members & Supervisors with their daily tasks
-Prepare the restaurant for quarterly audits
-Monitor and complete daily logs (time & temps, receiving, etc.)
