Job Duties:
- Ensure all duties are carried out safely for the crew, customer, and the public.
- Must be able to work at heights in excess of 300 feet.
- Inspect, repair, maintain and restore commercial, industrial, institutional, and manufacturing brick, concrete, and steel smokestacks.
- Ensure paperwork (timesheets, safety meetings and the daily safety documentation) is recorded and submitted in a timely manner.
- Training and oversight of junior crew members.
- Prepare work progress reports.
- Ensure that job timelines are met.
- Requisition materials and supplies.
- Must be able to interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Must possess exceptional communication skills with management, employees, and customers.
- Must be able to travel across Canada.
- Possess the ability to work in confined spaces that are often hot, cold, noisy, and dangerous.
- Must be familiar or willing to become familiar with all Health & Safety Laws and regulations set forth by the company, customers, and the Ministry of Labour.

Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience as a steeplejack

Job Type: Seasonal 40-48 hours hours of work per week, season runs March 1 to December 31
Salary: $34.07 - $37.00 / Hour
Accommodation and Meal Allowance will be provided while travelling.
Location: Work is Canada-wide
Training: Canadian training will be provided to the successful candidate. Preference will be given to Rope Access and Steeplejack trained / experienced individuals.
Education: None
