Roman Zaman Damascene Cuisine is looking for full time Cook for 325 Central Pkwy W #8, Mississauga, ON, L5B 3X9
3 Positions available.

Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Prepare and cook meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare meals for special occasions
• Oversee ordering of necessary ingredients
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• May clean kitchen and work area
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Train kitchen staff

Job Description

Hours of work are 30 hours/week, pay is $34.10. Successful candidates will speak English. No education required. Minimum work experience is 2 year experience, Mediterranean cuisine knowledge is a plus.
