Job Details
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to work in Canada
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Computer Systems Technology, IT Operations, Network Security, or related program
• Strong understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting methodologies
• Experience working with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 Suite, Cisco Meraki, Unifi, Sophos, ESET, Apple Business Manager
• Previous experience supporting clients in Law Firms and Healthcare Organizations
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation
• Completion of IT certifications (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Project+) is a strong plus
• Previous customer service experience is an asset

Job Description
• Respond promptly to client support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
• Perform proactive maintenance and follow up with clients to ensure complete resolution
• Set up, install, and configure hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet client needs and enhance service delivery
• Document procedures, solutions, and client interactions in our knowledge base
• Manage user accounts, including creation, updates, and access management
• Assist with purchasing and managing software licenses
