We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Valet Supervisor to join our team and lead our valet parking services to new heights of excellence. As the Valet Supervisor, you will ensure a smooth-running operation by delivering a 24/7 professional parking management service. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, increasing revenue, managing expenses, and maximizing customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest level of service.

What Would You Be Doing?

Liaise with Senior Hotel and Corporate Managers ensuring contractual obligations are exceeded
Lead, direct, and develop team of employees to accomplish goals/initiatives, while embodying and using Indigo’s culture and Values as a guideline
Oversee daily valet operations for hotel client while directly oversee staff, customer complaints, client requests, etc.
Responsible for payroll processing; ensuring sign off on hours in timely manner; collaborate with Human Resources and Payroll department to ensure pay data is completed properly and to ensure proper wage and hour compliance
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual operational reports as required
Managing, planning, scheduling, training, and directing the activities of the Shift Supervisors and Valets
Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operation of assigned location(s).
Additional duties as assigned.
What Are We Looking For?

3 or more years as a Supervisor or Team Lead role
Valid Class 5 License and clean driving abstract
College diploma and/or University degree
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to make decisions under pressure, problem solve, and set appropriate priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
