Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Set up cooking line for food service
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies and special requests
• Maintaining cleanliness of workplace, equipment and self to uphold Food Safe standards
• Maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress environment

Job Description

Employment Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school required.
• Completion of trade certificate or formal culinary education preferred.
• At least one year of experience as a cook.
• Positive attitude and team player and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
