We are currently looking for a Working Fiber Jetting foreman/Women Supervisor to join our team in AJAX
ON. This is a permanent full-time position.

Job Description

The main duties include:
1. Supervise and Coordinate Crew: Lead jetting team operate the jetting equipment ensure
proper length and quality.
2. Project Planning and Execution: Plan your daily Fiber cable installation and ensure all
equipment is in place.
3. Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets industry standards.
4. Equipment and Supplies: maintain and clean any and all-important components of the jetting
equipment refuel compressor check all oil levels.
Experience and Skills Required:
Fiber Jetting Experience: Advance knowledge of Jetting delicate 1.5mm Fiber Cable.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability in supervisory or leadership roles.
Project Management: Experience in planning and executing Fiber Cable projects.
Skills:
Technical Skills: Reading Plans Understanding the Jetting equipment and the proper settings
Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills.
Problem-Solving: Skilled in addressing issues and troubleshooting equipment.
Communication: Excellent interaction skills with team members.
Organizational Skills: Efficient in managing multiple projects and schedules.
