We, AB Millwork Ltd., is looking for passionate candidates for the position of full-time Kitchen Cabinet Installers!

Position: Kitchen cabinet installer (NOC 73200)
Vacancies: 2
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week), Morning, Day, Flexible hours, To be determined.
Hourly Wage: $26.25- 28.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Business location: 1236 38 Avenue NE suite 6, Calgary, AB T2E 6N2
Work-site: Various locations in Calgary and surrounding areas
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Install, assemble, and secure cabinets, countertops, and custom millwork in residential and commercial spaces.
• Measure and mark installation areas according to blueprints, layouts, and specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials such as wood, laminate, and other construction materials.
• Adjust and align cabinets to ensure proper fit and level installation.
• Secure cabinets and components using screws, nails, and adhesives.
• Perform finishing touches such as sanding, trimming, and sealing.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to meet design and functional requirements.
• Inspect finished installations to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Repair or replace damaged or worn cabinets as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• Completion of high school education
• 7-12 months of work experience related to installing or repairing field
• Physical capability of performing duties; Handling heavy loads
• Client focus, Team player, Reliability, Flexibility, Effective interpersonal skills
• A driver’s license is preferred
