Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility and care of two children (13 and 12 years old) during the absence of the parents and maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- Tend to emotional well-being of the children
- Preparation of nutritious meals and snacks
- Organise and supervise children’s activities
- Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- Accompany children to and from school/appointments
- Assist children with their homework / e-learning
- Light housekeeping

Work Environment:
- Non-smoking
- Working within the employer’s home

Job Requirements:
- Education: Secondary - General Course (Diploma) Completed
- 1 year of job-related experience
- Languages: English or French
- Skills: Initiative, Organized, Judgement, Flexibility, Reliability, Effective interpersonal skills, Time management, Honesty

Salary: $16.10/hour
Hours per week: 40 Hours

Basic Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 11h00 to 19h00 with breaks during the day
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
